Create & Install Simple 3 Page Wordpress Website

We need someone to design and install a simple 3 page wordpress website as soon as possible. The job should take less than a couple of hours and we can pay $10 for this project.. I have created a rough mockup of exactly what I want but I am not a web designer and so I need someone that can design this simple 3 page wordpress site so that it looks a lot better and more professional than my rough mockup design below. The 3 pages are as follows: 1. Home page with text header banner. A few images on homepage (Which you can grab from my rough mockup). We then have a block of text below images at the bottom just above footer. There will be 3 menu links at the top of home page. 2. "Contact" page. This page should have a simple form to allow people to make and submit any inquires. 3. Login page. At the moment this page will not have any content. I just want the words "Members Login" at top of page. We can pay $10 to for this project and we need the job done as soon as possible.
