Create Website for Twitch Streamer

Hello, I would like to have a freelancer create a design for a Twitch streamer who has come to me looking for a new website. They sent me [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] as examples of two sites that they like. They would like 6 pages: Songs, VODs, Team, About, Specs and Home. They would also like a link to their donation page and their forums on the site. On the songs page, it will use a script I wrote to gather information from Last.FM. The output of this script will need to be stylized with css. On the team page, it will use a script I wrote to gather live streamers from the Twitch API. The output of this script will need to be stylized with css. The client has specified that they do not want a single page website but would prefer to have separate pages for each section. The client does not have content ready for the site, so filler text can be used for formatting. The budget for this project is very small. Thank you.
