Create eFlyer

I would like to create 2 to 3 eflyers to be used to email advertisements to prospective clients. We need someone with the following: 1. someone who is very creative, will make suggestions, and provide guidance because we do not know what we are doing. 2. internet marketing experience would be preferred, but not required 3. the developer should be very familiar with standards and guidelines as it pertains to eflyers such as ensuring there is no violation with spam laws. 4. the eflyer should contain links back to our site with the desired result to bring them to respond to our service Attached is a screenshot and the URL to our site.
