I am about to start cartoon entertainment business for a specific community and I am looking for partner that can assist me in the animation work.
My role: write the story script, record sounds, draw some basics of the characters,a team will be available for assistance and working with the partner,
Partners Role: animate, edit and produce the films, working with my team for film production.
My plan is this:
1. first make three short films (1-3 minutes long) as a demo in 3 weeks time.
2. create between 20 - 30 short stories to launch my business website in 3 months times.
3. continues 3-5 short films on monthly bases, as long as the business is running.
4. average length of each film will be 1 - 10 minutes
This is a long term project and I am looking for a long time partnership.

I now want to hire a freelancer to create a 10 min animation for a children's website. I will provide the story line but need you to do the rest.
This can be long term as there will be many more projects in the future and I am looking for a long time partnership.
