Additional Functions and Bug Fixes

My Tennis Coach Developer Request for Proposal Scope My Tennis Coach application is planning to implement new functionality as well as known software bugs fixes. These upgrades and fixes need to be developed, validation tested, load tested, and released in time for the summer tournament season which begins June 2015. New Function 1 - Email Statistics Sharing Users will be able to email Match Statistics to other uses who have proper membership level. Design a way paid users can email the statistical data to other people. Email will not be allowed between non users or users who do not have the proper membership Statistical data will be sent to users in pdf format and will contain all statistical breakdowns shown on the websites statistic tab. Such as ) Service Data, Match Stats & All Details for the Match and the per set breakdown Vendor must submit an analysis and solution for this functionality. New Function 2 - Online Data Sharing: Subscription members will be allowed to grant access to matches of their choosing with other subscription users. The data can be viewed and analyzed by selected users on a match by match basis. Free users will not be able to share or see data from other members subscription Vendor must submit an analysis and solution for this functionality. New Function 3 - implement Pay Pal Api . Implementation of PayPal API, to accept One Time or Monthly Payments. Also track Member Subscription level and expiration based on payment and date. Membership roles are as follows Free Member Free Standard Member 5.99 Premium Member 9.99 Enterprise Member 19.99 Once a membership expires that membership moved to free. Create database tables to store subscription levels and payment status and access roles. New Function 4 - Error reporting Development of error trapping routines for each page. These routines will trap application errors and messages, store details about the error (date, error code, error text, description, module and line number). This information should be stored in the database for troubleshooting. New Code must be commented with Programmer Name , Date, Function and brief description of the function. If code must be remove DO NOT DELETE EXISTING CODE FROM THE SOURCE.
