We need you to build a very basic website (basic in terms of functionality). It needs an intuitive homepage with a light design. The key aspect of the business is recruiting. So we need a large clearly visible button which will enable candidates to upload their CV's on to the website and then for us or out clients (recruitment firms) to get access to them.
We will also need candidates to be able to search for vacancies by the following criteria: key words, location. This function, however should be disabled at the beginning and we should be able to activate it once the project becomes popular.
The key thing is that the website has to be intuitive. We do not have hosting yet, but are happy to pay for a desired name.
