Service providers can send post their job details over the site, and service seekers can search or can post their requirement. I have recently created a website with similar functionalities. I was using PHP ( Laravel framework ). Features that it included were: login, registration (multiple permissions/account types), solving some online tests, search that was connected to users that started the test by several criteria. Reason for greater bid is that the last project that was similar to this was paid that much, and the harder part was not the implementation but waiting for client to see what he wants, to get the content, and design etc... So if you got a clear idea what you want this should not be a problem. Looking forward to hearing from you if you decide that i am the potential candidate. Before i start my work, the first thing is to get clarified what the client will get for what price. Everything less/more means that the agreement is not respected.
