I am looking for someone to build a top notch real estate website. If you do not have experience building these types of websites please do NOT submit a bid. This website needs to link to my local MLS (obviously) and have a portal for clients to login so there search history is closely tracked. If you have built these types of websites in the past you will know exactly what it is I'm looking for. Everything from the design of this website to the functionality of it should be trouble free and "light on it's feet" It should be fully responsive and provide users and excellent viewing experience. Changes to the site like text, images, videos, etc. should be easy to do through Dreamweaver. Other changes like adding properties for sale should be done through the admin portal. WordPress would be an option if all the correct plugins are available and I like the IDX system. Again if you have no experience with any of these systems then please do not bid. The ability to search for properties should be available from the home page and always an option in the navigation menu.
