We want to develop stage one of a website, with basic functionality included. To be later used for a web-based app. It must be written in HTML5/JavaScript/css. The layout shall be designed to operate in landscape orientation only, on screens 7” and larger. Design Considerations The following things must be considered in the initial planning / design stages: • The app must be usable with a physical keyboard/mouse and touch-screen (tablet). • The final version of this app will contain animated graphical objects. • This app is targeted at young school-aged children, Grade 2 - 6. Graphics and user interactions must be appropriate and appealing to this audience. • This task will involve 10 screens, including a login screen. We will supply the screenshots and information to use as a guide. • The login screen will involve selecting a character and entering a password. • Some screens include choosing fonts and colours. • The final result are two web pages that are made up of content entered by the user from previous screens.
