Build a Website

A brief: A listing website comprised of 3 sections, a public front end, user portal and admin portal. The website will have 6 product entities including user profile and company. Products are independently listed and under the user and company. There will be global search as well as entity specific search. The website has to be fully responsive, high tech, clean and easy to use. I do not need wordpress or similar CMS, it must be custom built. I feel it might be difficult to manage this development remotely, but I would like to see or find someone who can bear with me the way I want deliverables. It would be great to have someone in Dubai and have face to face meeting and kickoff this project.
