Build a Website

1. I want to develop social marketplace where any member can sell or buy products listed in various categories. 2. There will be limited number of fixed categories and subcategories of products. 3. Users should be able to both put their buy requirements in those categories or offer products for sell. 4. Whenever one user submits his buy requirement in particular category/subcategory the user with matching sell offer should get notification in his social profile. 5. Later on either of them should be able to communicate with another through private messages or chat. 6. Further, buyer should be able to put his buy order from site itself, similar like other renowned marketplaces. 7. Further users should be able to write stories, ask questions on forum or reply to other's questions, post status on their profile wall, including images and videos. 8. Users should be able to send and accept friend requests, create and participate in user groups and follow another users. 9. I don't mind if such site is developed on word-press platform or any other platform. I even don't mind if plugins like buddy-press is used to develop it 10. Final words- I already have domain name and hosting plan which can be used for this website. If anybody can help, please send your quotes
