The scope of my project was Automating the loan process work flow using configured cloud-based mortgage software service for the end-end mortgage loan application and closing loan process for ANC Residential Mortgage Inc A renowned and rapidly expanding residential mortgage lender spread across the nation. They were unable to process the loans on time, due to a protracted closing cycle period and tremendous increment in the volume of loan applications received We began the project by performing an in-depth as-is analysis of the customer's mortgage processes to know the potential to be’s for a solution transformation, This aided our team identify the bottlenecks in their operations to strategize and work towards a targeted solution for a competitive edge. So we built a cloud based mortgage dashboard for improved loan fulfillment. This effortlessly streamlines the workflow With a single integrated application providing loan officers, processors, and managers access to their loans on any online computer without the need to install software and revolutionize customer experience. This addressed one of the primary key challenge of •Low quality in loan processing which affected the productivity level of the clients underwriters which led to unhappy Borrowers and Loan Officers The cloud mortgage dashboard lets loan officers and borrowers share and track information seamlessly via multiple channels as well as streamlining the final loan approval process and complete each loan workflow cycle which Successfully reduced operational costs by 40 to 50%, which had a direct impact on the clients Return on Investment and Increases the business growth When a potential borrower is ready to take a loan application, our automated point-of-sale MortgageCenter (which is a geo trust security seal) self-service borrower portal,puts a mobile-ready application in their hands. After application submission from consumer portal, the lender receives a notification within a fast turn around time and can immediately be accessed in the Mortgage Dashboard Loan Origination Software after submission to process it further as in automated(credit check from credit buerea/processing/submit to underwriter/GFE(if needed). Instead of rifling through stacks of files, we provided an E-Briefcase in the dashboard ,a powerful paperless document management solution system which makes it efforrtless to upload and review loan documents by an processor or an underwriter so a lender just needed to log onto the web and into a secure account to access the dashboard for Decision in Principle • Which eventually addressed an essential challenge of Additional investments in infrastructure required, to handle the expanding volume of loan applications By automating the processing of these loan documents by assignment engine and response engine allows qualifying and verifying the documentation early (If according to the QualifiedMortgage standards) accelerate loan closing times ,, reduce labor costs, and efficiently manage fluctuating loan volumes without adding additional staff, which allows the mortgage loan to get approved faster and drastically reduced the lead time. By having a digital organization made it easy to retrieve pertinent documents in the event of an audit We also managed compliance on behalf of the lender through C-Alerts, the robust built-in compliance management extension. Regulations based on fannie mae and Freddie mac,&respa Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act This resolved the increased delays while processing new loans and solved Non- supportable obsolete versions of content management solutions Conclusion We delivered by meeting the service level agreements and guaranteed impeccable quality to achieve mission-critical business objectives and milestones
