Build a Website

Important to NOTE: I need your price estimate and how long it will take you to create the product we are looking for. This is a combination project. It involves writing an application that works on (a) the website; (b) android devices; and (c) apple devices. The primary access point for administration will be through the website and the primary access for users will be through mobile devices. I want a full proprietary system that will work very closely to how Quizlet works. One major difference is that I don't want free access open to anyone and everyone that wants to create flashcards. I want to limit access to two types of administration: (a) me and my employees; and (b) a customer selected point of contact (customer admin) that can modify which of their employees to grant access to ...as well as develop some of their own custom flashcards specific to their own business operations. Like Quizlet, I want to be able to create flashcard sets, create folders, create classrooms (though we might call them "Company" or "Companies" as appropriate). Differences... When I create flashcards, I want to be able to have pictures on either side (terms or definitions). Quizlet only lets you use pictures for definitions. We will not be creating a "public" set of flashcards. Any flashcards built by a customer will only be available to (a) the customer that made them or (b) my company. Any flashcards built by my company will only be available to (a) my company or (b) any customer account that we assign to. (My company will make "master sets of flashcards" and then copy these sets into the "Company" folder for our customers. Our customers will be paid subscribers and only be able to access their Company folder if they pay their subscription. If they don't pay, then we will change the password to their folder and deny them access until they do pay. ...but all of the flashcard sets copied to their folder will be modifiable by their administrative person(s). ...so that they can further develop the master sets as appropriate for their employees. When we use flashcards, I want all of the same uses as there are right now...but I also want to be able to have the ability to create "tests" where multiple choice answers can be set up and used. The Quizlet system does not allow this...and many of the flashcard answers are too long to be "written" in...even one typographical error would mean that the answer is wrong...where multiple choice would allow the student to show that they know the correct answer without needing to type it out one letter and word at a time. I do still want to do the matching game. Note, I want the functionality of what Quizlet does...but I do not want to steal their program. I am not planning to compete against them, but I do have a proprietary use for what their product does...however, their product as it exists right now will not do everything that I need it to do...and they don't have the resources to make the needed changes.
