hi I have understand your project requirements. I will developed the site using wordpress for access by members page and public page. Also there will be a easily accessible back end from where you will be able to manage the content by yourself. For hosting you can use godaddy .

Good day and Aloha from Hawaii my friend! I will give this proposal in separate parts and explain as I go so it's all clear. First, creating the site. It sounds like you want a pretty simple site with a handful of pages. For this simple site (that you will be able to edit, modify, and update) I will use Wordpress. Wordpress get's a bad rep in some cases for some people, but it's such a versatile tool and it makes it fairly straight forward to edit things easily that's what I would strongly suggest you use. I will build the basic structure of the site including the content that you provide. I will also secure parts of the site to paying members only. I will suggest using a payment processor that's similar to paypal, but is also very simple to use called Stripe. This payment processor is great and very simple to use. For hosting, I would develop the project on my own private server. Once that's done, I would deliver a simple install to you and also help you install it on your hosting of choice. I can also make recommendations on hosting services if you'd like. I have also heard of free hosting companies out there and we could try one of those as well.
