Require a website designed- Design needs to mimic the windows 10 look and feel inclusive of expanded menu etc. User interface must include a desktop look preferably in flash. In addition I require functionality for users to create their own profile and upload content inclusive of documents, photographs and videos. I also require a CMS as I would need to enter this portal and update etc. Lastly I would require a different set of users to view the user profiles these would be businesses etc. Users will also require functionality to contact one another via email for now. There are additions to this but we can discuss upgrades at a later stage.
