Build a Website

I want a simple script done, user should be able to enter the port number and IP in the textbox and click the button. Once button is clicked, the php script should ping via ICMP on selected port and to entered IP every X seconds Result should be displayed live in a graph ( a graph from [login to view URL]) for the time(x) and the response time(y)
