Build a Website

This website will be a hub where freelancers can come and perform tasks that users request. The website needs to have strong encryption, PayPal checkout/secure checkout, mobile friendly, and user friendly. My business name and logo is trademarked, which should be used throughout some of the pages. There will need to be a user 'profile' setup for the freelancers that they can upload resumes and portfolios. After a sale is done between a freelancer and a user, the user will be given an option to review the freelancer. So there will need to be a way for users to review freelancers. When a bid is accepted, the freelancer I choose should use keyword searches to include in the meta tags to increase website traffic. I will perform a website quality check from the website "[login to view URL]" to check the quality of work performed. The worked completed would belong to me under its entirety. Websites like "[login to view URL]" and "freelancer.com" are prime examples of the work I need done. Thank you!
