Build a Website All in One Smoke Shop

We are growing network of smoke shops, we recently made a rebranding and changed the name and now we need a new site (old one is [login to view URL])at new domain. Attached is a new scheme of a site (can be disccussed and changed). We need it to be easily modified by not technically skilled user (add new events, photos, etc) so probably the best option is wordpress (but it's negotiable). Site should have contact form and subscription option depending on location of the shop. Part of our website will be online shop, we plan to use [login to view URL] and integrate it with our Quickbooks. We also need help on that: customize and integrate it into our site and integrate with Quickbooks.
