I had a brief look on the web site you provided and am not happy with their approach. Besides the branding which is really strong with white and orange, the text contrast is absolutely not ideal. The pictures are chosen randomly and overall the landing page doesn't provide any useful information besides the company name. I have a lot of friends who studied automotive and mechnical engineering and generally you would go for a really clean look as they are often working with metal - the font needs to be strong to transport that message. You can then go ahead and add some subtile tone colourful tone - blue would be the easy choice as it signals strength and trust, directly reflecting on your company. Alternatively green or some matte red tone would sure do a good job in transporting the message or responsibility and warmth. We can go into detail later on.
