Change logo, pachaging design, ebay and shopping cart template, T shirt design.

I have my website and logo designs in psd files and html files designed a few years ago. We need the website to be changed to a simple webpage template that we can use with http://www.opencart.com. We also need an eBay template made out of our design so we may use it for our eBay store and the template for eBay listings. We need the logo bull to have a graphic change and his right arm moved down to be consistent with the left arm so the logo may be on its own without the rest of the design and also kept as it is. The bull will be printed on to Tshirts with the name. The bull will have his hand up or down depending on what we want it printed on. When his arm is up his hand is missing please add it consistent with the left hand. I need the design turned in to poster size and t-shirt design with slogan “Have you had your jerky today!” the design on posters and t-shirts should be like the business card design just changed shape to suit the new sizes. Or be creative and come up with something new that I may like better. I need to be able to resize the designs to suit the media it will be printed on. The logo and design need to be turned in to two size product labels ready for printing. Label sizes 50mm x 50mm and 70mm x 50mm the labels must have space for the nutritional information panel and barcode. I need to be able to resize the labels for smaller or bigger labels and also change the text for the flavour and nutritional information and weight.
