Completion - open to bidding

Morning, I need two more points to complete my site. First off my welcome email isn't working but the activation is, assume that is a quicker fix. Secondly is limited restriction. My site is deigned to go on and seek out other professionals. At this point you can see everything and have access to everything for an un registered user but dont have access to messaging. I want more users to sign up especially in the beginning and I'm afraid if someone has full access and goes into the search for lets say "security" and doesnt find anyone why would they sign up and also if they tap into the full database and not just a sample 5 members they might be opposed to signing up....so hence I want them to have access to the site accept for search (visible but not performed) Forum (same) and lastly a sample of let's say 5 members once they dive deeper in they see a message that their prompter or before about having to register........ make sense? I am looking for this to be completed in 24 - 36 hours.
