Connect to API and Retrieve Details

I wish to have a PHP page created that will accept 'subscriptionid' and 'customerid' in the url (query string), and make available data as variables in the PHP page. We'd need first and last name from the customer details: [login to view URL] We'd need 'shipping_address' details from the subscription details: [login to view URL] Once the data is available, I will work with the data from there. So the job is to simply put the data into a variable in the page. This will be hosted on GoDaddy. I cannot provide access to a hosting account to test with. I can provide a test ChargeBee account, otherwise feel free to create one at [login to view URL] We'll need instructions on installing/setting up the page on our server. Thanks in advance!
