Convert PowerPoint to Flash

Hi, I have a Powerpoint Presentation which I need to convert to SWF flash file. Though I need it to be converted 100% like the original PPT presentation. With all the animations, effects, timings, And one song (mp3) playing on the background of the whole presentation. I've tried few programs though none did the job perfectly. Also please notice that the presentation is in Hebrew language. The most important thing is that it would be exactly (100%) like the PPT show, and to be as minimized as can be (So users can see it freely on a website). If any optimization or modification is needed in the file it should be done in this project also (included). of course I mean only timings and other small modifications which would make the presentation (SWF) to be perfect at the end. Hope you got me. The bidded should promise 100% workable and exact SWF and revisions until I'm 100% satisfied. BTW, this is for a friend that died in a car accident and the SWF is for a website I've made for him. Thanks and good luck.
