It's simple:
In the center, occupying almost all the cover, the head and neck of a man - all in black, the only thing you can distinguish is the format of the man's head and his neck and that the man uses a white shirt with a black tie (he is an executive).
Standing over his left shoulder, an angel speaks to him (the angel looks like an executive in a suit, but has wings and a halo over the head).
Standing over his right shoulder, a devil speaks to him (he also looks like an executive in a suit, but with horn and tail).
Everything is in black, grey and white. The background is in a tone of grey.
I have an illustration that could serve as inspiration (it is almost what I need, except that the format of the man's head makes he look rather like a boy, not an executive) and can send to you per e-mail.
My budget is up to around USD/EUR 100 - sorry, I'm a student!
