Create 57 8.5"x5" Ads from 114 Scans of existing ads

I have 57 ads (currently 2 sided consisting of 2 scans) I want recreated based on the scans of the ads - all ads are from Valpak - I want to recreate them for my direct mail publication. Most ads are [url removed, login to view] inches 2 sided, full color (In my upload, you will see for example Page 1a, Page 1b - this contains 3 ads - 1a has the front, 1b has the back of the 3 ads). You will use the same basic concept of their current ad but convert them to [url removed, login to view] inch ads using the 2 scans of their current ad. Some ads are only one sided - so for the ones one sided, those would be [url removed, login to view] inch ads. You will be using 300 dpi scans of the original ads but would have to get all your content via their website and/or using your own graphic design library. I have no other content to give but the high resolution scans included in this bid. The ads can basically stay the same but you would have to make it logical since we are going from a 2 sided ad format to one sided ad. I would want to see any improvements you would see fit as well...but most of the thinking is already done because these are ads these clients already paid to have sent out. Any ad that happened to involve a expiration date, you would change it to a late March date - as my publication would not go out until early March..so adjust any expiration date according. These ads I am sending you went out Mid January. If you do a great job, I will have further needs as my direct mail company grows and we add more full time staff to do ad design and also support our printing company. I would like all work completed by Monday Morning, January 6th - Eastern Time USA. Also, I would want to see your first few ads so I can confirm you are on the right track. I do not see more than 30 mins per ad for anyone good with Photoshop. I do not see this work taking more than 4 or so days if working 8 to 10 hours a day.
