Custom Website Required - READ BEFORE BIDDING - SINGLE PROGRAMMERS ONLY

This is an exciting opportunity for the right freelancer(s) to not just be able to take on this project, but potential full time employment in the future in maintaining and upgrading the website. Give up the need to look for anymore jobs on Freelancer and work for us Full time! We require you to thoroughly read this ad and will ignore ALL bidders who fail to do so. WHAT DO WE NEED? We require a website to be custom built from ground up. This means strictly no templates or 3rd party programs of any sort. The website is a job search type website that allows employers and employees to connect. There are 3 aspects to the site. The employer end which is basically the search mechanism itself (employers do not need to register, they simple open the homepage and search for available employees), then there is the employee end which requires creation of a profile and registration and third there is the administration end which is hidden but allows us to control and monitor the site. Also to indicate you are indeed reading this requirement thoroughly please use DAY at the beginning of your message to us. The website will also involve a payment gateway to charge employees for registration. WHO DO WE NEED? We are only interested in programmers with 7+ years programming experience that can be proven. You must also have EXCEPTIONAL English skills. This project must be taken on full time until completed, tested and supported in it's first 12 weeks of launch. This means you must be available for communication (including video Skype) at ALL times. If you are caught working on other projects, we will immediately cancel our agreement without pay regardless of how far along we are. Do NOT bid if this is not suitable. Successful candidate will be offered a full time position on salary basis working for our company as the head programmer, maintaining and upgrading the site. If you cannot take on full time position, do NOT bid. A Non-Disclosure Agreement must also be signed prior to commencement. Payment milestones will be created and paid at our discretion. If at any point we feel you are not capable, we will end the project without pay on the basis you misrepresented yourself.
