I need a good web designer to make a fully responsive multi step dating landing page which is popular right now. The landing page will be in multi language, and It will use maxmind database to determine visitor location and language. On the last step when visitor click on " I agree" button the website will redirect them to various offer base on GEO location. Maxmind database should be hosted locally with minimum script codes. The landing page need to be SEO optimized and pass all marks. No invalid HTML or tags. For mobile devices you may need to design it on AMP, the website will be load on HTTPs on cloud flare.
