Design an Advertisement for a garden centre

I need a design creating for a client of mine.
The design is for a garden centre that is advertising some of their BBQ supplies.
The designs must be made in Adobe CS6 products so that I can open the files (or made so I can open the files in CS6). You must send me the native file format with all fonts and images embedded.
You must not use the design for your resume or profiles and I must own all rights to the work - The designs are not for re-use or re-sale. All of our communications must remain entirely confidential.
Your bid price is your final price. I do not want cheap bids to get the job and then get increases in prices after the job has been awarded.
Please also allow your quote to include revisions according to my clients feedback.
The job is to be started immediately and completed promptly. If needs be, weekend it must be completed too.
I will provide images, text and other elements where possible to help get you started.
The advert size is 408x465 mm (width x height).
Once the advert is designed and approved by the client, I will need another re-sizing to the following size: 408 x 260 mm (width x height). So you must send me both files in their native file format.
Please NO CORAL DRAW ETC..... ONLY ADOBE CS6 I CAN OPEN
