The company name is: The Connect The project is called: The Big E Target Audience - 12-18 years old Words asscociated with the logo: Simple 3D Sharp Prestigious Cool Memorable Silver, Red, Grey - Again just a thought but whatever colours are use I would like Silver (representing Platinum) Also very open to ideas but would like a very strong logo Company overview: The Connect will deliver fun, practical, and engaging sessions/workshops that focus on the development of interpersonal skills which source independence from young. The project will work with 15 young people from disadvantaged and disengaged backgrounds. It will focus on teaching young people the foundation and fundamental principles needed for quality social and mental growth in the world of enterprise, business and entrepreneurship, leading to realistic job and career opportunities. Our young people will build relationships and network with young people from other communities which will help them in building on their personal skills whilst supporting each other. Young people will be given an opportunity to apply the skills acquired during these workshops via work experience, through our extensive network of businesses & social enterprises. Entrepreneurship has not been taught as a subject that is important. The ability to think entrepreneurial and make practical decisions based on one’s current ability to sacrifice mediocre for success is not common. This project helps to draw out the confidence in young people giving them the understanding necessary to support a successful future. Most of the young people attending school or college in the Clapham locality are not given the opportunity to learn and understand how to adapt in different societies the importance of learning from others in their environment. Exposure to different areas in London will build on the young people and their ability to network - a key elements this project will focus on.
