Design a Website Mockup

I am looking for a new website to be built, My domain is bespoke [login to view URL] I want it To work like [login to view URL] my [login to view URL] and rated people com It will be for the UK only I would like google maps on every tradesmens profile page I want tradesmen to register for free and to list there profile with all details of what they offer. Every tradesman will have there own profile page where they can list there trade along with pictures. Each tradesman can set there working area with the maps, they can increase there area or decrease a working area range. Every tradesman will have a feedback rating that customers can check and read. I would like it so when someone posts a job, it will send alerts, email and SMS to tradesmen to buy the job. When someone is looking for a job to be done like say replacing there boiler, they can come to the website enter there details of what they need to be done and the trades can buy the customers information for a fee. No more than 3 tradesman will be able to buy the details . If the tradesman want to buy the lead they will need to pay first for the the details this can be setup with pay pal or world pay even both. We will set the fees for every job that is posted. Every tradesman will need to be able to upload there insurance and qualications before they become live on the site. When a customer has a job completed they can return to the site and leave feedback for the tradesman they employed. I would like the site easy to work with and update, and with small section on the pages for Google adds. I also want a forum section for the tradesmen to be able to post question about there work. The site I have working on the domain now is just temporary . I want the site to be SEO and keyword friendly for Google I would like the site to standout colour wise and be user friendly and look very profeinsl Will need customer database and tradesman database Checkatrade is quite a good looking site. I think I have listed everything
