Design different versions of an existing Mascot

The following graphic design job is to be done for a holiday resort in Austria, which is going to introduce their new mascot “Nocki” the marmot. The mascot has already been designed by the company that produces the costume (see attachment), but we would also like to put up big displays of the mascot at various locations within the resort.
We would need the freelancer to design the following scenarios using the vector file provided by the costume company as a starting point:
1. Nocki at the children’s car playground - the marmot in a police outfit, perhaps fully/half dressed in blue police clothes, holding a police stop sign, wearing police hat…
2. Nocki at the adventure playground - the marmot looking adventurous…
3. Nocki at the Kids Club - the marmot in a funny pose, perhaps juggling balls...
4. Nocki at the dinner buffet - the marmot as a chef, perhaps with a cooking pot…
Creativity is important and you will be free to bring in some ideas :)
The designs can show Nocki in different positions/poses and with different gestures. They should relate to the various locations he will be at (e.g. as a cook at the buffet) and can definitely contain a bit more detail and movement than they do in the current version. I have also attached a file showing the idea behind this project ([url removed, login to view])
Furthermore, we would like to get some t-shirts printed for children. Here we would need the design for the t-shirts. It should show the mascot and also include the writing “Nocki’s Ranger Club”. It should be a little bit like a scout uniform - but not too much. You can use a standard T-shirt template as a basis for this.
All in all, we are expecting 5 different designs (4 x the mascot to be put up as a big banner indoors/outdoors and 1 x the children's t-shirt design).
