I need some design work. house plan for 80ft 30ft plot according vaastu 80ft side is north road. 30ft east side and 30ft west side both are roads.. plot with 3 side road. interested in east or north facing. with open areas. double height living room. 4 Bed room, servant maid room, home theatre , g+2. provision for lift in house. master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with tub. if possible double heightened family room in 1st floor. 100% vaastu. I am happy to have house around 3000sqft+
