Design some Business Cards - Repost - open to bidding

Need to update my business cards. Time for a more unique and memorable look.I need it to have two sides full color print, Rounded corners preferred. Need office info found on old card included on new design in one form or another- . Incorporate some or all of logo in design concept. Colors on logo need to stay close- ie- orange may be a brighter orange, but having two shades of blue(light and dark) and an orange would be a necessity. Looking to portray a modern, fun, Southern California surf style while mantaining a professional healthcare presence. We are a healthcare provider catering to auto accidents, sports injuries, disc care, and neck and back pain.. Would love to see a colored background, or even diff. colors for each side of card. Yelp and google places do not need to be included. I do not want a glossy white card again :) I want a card that pops and sticks out so patients find it with ease in a drawer, purse or wallet. I need a small spot designated(or left empty) to write follow up appointment info on. Have fun with it!
