Need a website that will be modern as Freelancer in design, Looking to have a Q&A website need to have a admin panel to control all of the content on the website add, edit, delete, have user profiles with ratings depending on their help to other users in answering questions. sort questions by year: make: model: problem in area, issues in A/C, engine, start problems, electrical, and so on or just a search engine. users can post questions and rate answers only in a positive way if the answered helped them fix the issue they can click yes on the answer. users can sign up for a dollar to be selected as an expert first place will get a price so does the 2nd and third place will get a price. need to have payment options on the website . for users to ask questions answer questions upload pictures short videos sounds. need to have a separate directory for diagrams to be accessed by premium users only, if what they are looking for is not there they will have an option to request it, by completing the form. or they can request help of a pro for a small fee of 2 dollars fixed price on anything but electrical issues. that is not all the information on the project. the one that will be awarded will get some details need to get a rough design of the web and the colors it will use to see if i like the way you think. please send those in. the price is set 1500-3000 do not bid more.
