Create 2 reusable charts in Python

We will need to create three types of charts with Python and open source graphics libraries that allow us to reuse them with dynamic data. There are 2 charts required to reproduce in e.g., matplotlib or Bokeh; A. Combined Barnhart and boxplot comparison, with ability to * Specify values for barchart (two series - one for the blue and one for the green) * Add the dashed line showing the average (and to specify the number) * Flag, with e.g., a boolean whether the boxplot below should be showed or not * Specify the endpoints and green circle for each category * Support anywhere from 1 to 30 categories (the ones that are showed as "RJH ÖSD", "RÖ VIN" etc.) each showing 1-20 characters as description B. "Spider" diagram, with ability to * Specify labels for the up to 7 top variables, and the 7 bottom variables (e.g., "Operationstid (minuter) (k)" in the bottom left corner) * Specify values of the dots and color (green or brown). Positioning in the diagram should be in the middle if value = 0 and on the outer edge if value = 1. Any value in between should be rendered proportionally between the middle and outer edge - e.g., a value of 0.66 should render the dot on the bold green circle about 2/3 from the middle Input is flexible e.g., python array or pandas dataframes.
