I am an Independent IT Recruiter who is looking for someone who can work freelance from anywhere in he world, to build me an ATS, making it as simple as possible to keep all information easily to hand, regarding roles, clients and candidates CV's plus notes etc . Upload function, integrating with free or paid job boards, Being able to see all your candidates on one screen automatically is an absolute must for an ATS. That’s one of the main benefits so you shouldn’t have any problems finding this feature. What you need to be looking for is one that allows you to see CV’s through CV parsing so that you have no need to access a separate document to see all the details of the candidate that you need. Being able to email the candidates from the system is also a handy feature that will save you time. It will also mean that an email can come from a central email address so that if a candidate responds to an email while someone is on annual leave, those that are working can pick it up rather than it going direct to one inbox, Being able to screen candidates and add notes is a necessary feature Again, keeping it all on one system saving time in the long-run, reporting functions etc,
