A resume template done in CorelDraw X6 or Microsoft Publisher 2010

I would like for someone to take the attached example and data and create a Microsoft Publisher template for me. Please keep layout, font style and font size basically the same. Here are a few changes I would like to include: 1. Add a picture about 2" by 2" 2. Create a nice logo with the letters KK instead of SS. It will be nice if it is multi-colored. 3. The orange letters and lines please change to a nice blue color 4. Somewhere on the resume write the title: Cirriculum Vitae 5. Create a back page with the same layout minus the picture and title. 6. Just use the data in the example. I will modify this later. 7. Remember the template including the logo need to be print quality. Again I need it to be in CorelDraw X6 format or Microsoft Publisher 2010 format. I will chose a freelancer in the next day or two, and I need this project to be completed a day after it is awarded. If you can send me a few examples of KK logo you have in mind that would be great. My max budget for the logo and the MS Publisher layout is $40. Thank you
