Do some 3D Modelling

I need a set of 3d character models textured and with animations for walk, run, attack, hurt. etc. The art style needed is cartoony and will likely be used with a toon shader in game engine. plants vs zombies esc, but 3d and set in medieval era. I need models for a zombie, skeleton, vampire, villager, guard, mage, and potentially other larger scale troll characters. This is a pretty free project in terms of creative license, I'm interested to artistic input. I'd need the models provided in both high and low poly/resolution textures. I would be interested in charachter variations also. For example: Frost Mage character styled in blue clothes/staff and fire mage in red etc. Also levels of character, a weaker and more powerful level of each of the characters. I have a budget in mind for this project however it is negotiable based on the quality of work that is received.
