Build a Product Comparison Aggregator Admin Tool Website

We are creating a product comparison website. This piece of work is NOT for this website, but is for creating an admin tool web page that will allow you to primarily do the following :- 1.) Have a view that lets you see all products and data for all of the different companies that sell them. 2.) Create a parent product for the website, that lets you link the same product that is being sold by the different companies. This parent product should have the same fields as the products that are being linked. The idea being that we have our own view of the product (the parent product) to show the different prices. 3.) Have a view of all of the parent products that have been created. 4.) The way you view the list of products and link them, creating a new one should be simple and intuitive. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 1.) The web page/s you create should be written in C# ASP.NET (You can use MVC if you wish) 2.) Design isn't an issue, it can look bad as long as it functions well. 3.) Sql Server DB Schema will be provided, I will put some dummy data products in there, but there probably won't be much data. 4.) Sql should be written in Stored Procedures. If the work is good and the person reliable, then I may see if they would want to create the actual front-end website as another project. This would be written in ASP.NET C#, Entity Framework with SQL Server. Please contact me if anything is not clear. I will provide later, some layout ideas for the Admin Tool, but am open to all suggestions to have a smooth UX.
