Compatibility for one html web page in Internet Explorer

I am trying to make my web page ([login to view URL]) work in all versions of internet explorer. It works perfectly in google chrome. When you click the staff images it does not bring up an animated popup window with descriptions of the staff members. Please help fix the code so it works in all internet browsers.

Your entire site is very poorly coded. IE will not display pages that don't have "well-formed" mark-up HTML.
