browser audio recorder using WebRTC (not flash)

I need a concept web app that uses WebRTC implemented in Javascript that does the following: 1. loadAudio(AUDIO_FILE_URL,EXTERNAL_AUDIO_ID) // Load an audio file into local memory and assign a unique ID do it 2. getAudioInformation(EXTERNAL_AUDIO_ID) // Return meta information about the audio file, including: length, size, quality, and type) 3. recordAudio(INTERNAL_AUDIO_ID,DURATION) // Record user audio for DURATION in milliseconds and save so it can be referenced from local machine and assign an id INTERNAL_AUDIO_ID) 4. playAudio(*_AUDIO_ID, START_POSITION, END_POSITION) // Play the loaded audio file, either INTERNAL or EXTERNAL from START_POSITION to END POSITION 5. uploadAudio(INTERNAL_AUDIO_ID,UPLOAD_URL,UPLOAD_DIRECTORY,UPLOAD_FILE_NAME) // Upload the file to specified URL with file name specified in UPLOAD_FILE_NAME parameter in the directory specified in the UPLOAD_DIRECTORY There needs to be a simple node.js server script that accepts the file upload and stores it in the specified directory. If the directory does not exist, it needs to be created.
