I want the image on a state of Mississippi license plate. The license plate with the light blue guitar in the background. I want it to say VANCE for the letters in the license plate. On one side in the corner at the top I want it to say August, on the other side at the top I want it to say 2016. All the letters and numbers can be in dark blue. I would like a fancy boarder around the license plate. And at the bottom of the boarder, I would like it to say Family Reunion.
