ABAP HR Time Interfacing

This is a SAP ABAP HR Time interfacing requirement. The initial req is attached here... Let me know if someone is comfortable... The purpose is to interface and interpret unscheduled absence points into a custom table and process in SAP providing tracking and consistency of disciplinary action for the population. The inbound data will originate from some external system.. • Inbound interface from some external scheduling system. • Scheduler update to accept recurring file • Custom table to store external schedule attendance issues • Process to assign points based upon established criteria • Report executable through application and through MSS to report on attendance issues • Process to determine status within disciplinary action process relative to attendance points • Notification to manager through email of attendance occurrence • Notification to employee through email of attendance occurrence
