Concept Drawing / Artist's impression of our small Animal Hospital Building

We are a small non profit organisation on the Caribbean island Of Nevis. CARE Nevis Animal Society We need a simple illustration / artists impression drawing of a small Veterinary Hospital building which we can use on the cover of our fundraising brochure. I have a rough sketch, a floor plan and a photograph of the 'style' of the building we prefer. We need an artist's impression maybe it could be in 2D / 3D drawings or a simpler hand drawn illustration showing what it will look like from the front & side, putting in some palm trees and landscaping to make it look good. It does not have to be photographic quality, but on viewing anyone can see what the finished building will look like. ( We have found a photograph of a marina building and like the style but obviously our building will be on firm ground ! I can forward the details in PDF and JPG formats We need it URGENTLY for the cover of our Fundraising brochure for the Vet Hospital project so that I can send a package out to prospective donors.
