Character Design for Children's Book (Wheelchair Boy)

Hi, EssenceKids is in need of an illustrator to design our main character for Wheelchair Boy and then the book illustrations. Here is a little information about the main character, Wheelchair Boy. We are developing a story book to help promote children disabilities through Wheelchair Boy. He is a normal 9 year old boy that's in a wheelchair. We are looking for a character that kids can relate too. He will be part of the popular kids, so we don't want the kid to look depress. We want a child that is full of life but in a wheelchair. We are working with our writers to see who the other characters will be but for now we need to design the main character to bring him to life for our writers. The storyline is a boy in a wheelchair that will go on adventures. Which adventures we haven't decide yet. If you can provide us with a mock design of the character it will be review and the one we find that will work best for us will be selected. Please bid accordingly to the main character only. If you are selected we will then award you the whole story illustration. Please provide sample of previous story books illustrations. The proceeds from this book will go back to help our foundation.
