Costume Design - Artist - repost

This is a unusual request for a site like this but I require someone to create a new costume for my Mardi Gras organization. Basically you will be drawing a costume that is similar to the Kings Guard / Gold Cloaks on the Game of Thrones, but with a twist to incorporate symbols of our organization. Colors: Black and Silver Symbols: Dragons Key Elements: Cape, Riding Boots, Headgear similar to our current outfit. I realize I need a Costume / Fashion Designer but I have seen some of the artwork you guys/gals can create and I can work with something like that when I go to production with the design. I can send photos of our current costume for reference but I want something that is very unique but easy to reproduce on a mass scale.
