Craigslist POSTER - EXPERIENCE ONLY- 5 NEEDED

This is a very high volume project so I need the lowest price. I need 1000 craiglist ads posted per day in the CLASSES section in 22 cities, los angeles, las vegas, etc... so 1000 ads * 30 days = 30,000 ads per month. I only pay for live ads. This is a very very large project. Only experience poster should bid. I want the lowest price possible. Please bid $30 for a trial run and tell me the lowest cost per ad you will give. The one with the lowest rate will get this project. So bid $30 and tell me what is the lowest cost per ad you can offer. This is for every month for one year.
