Create, manage & scale Facebook ads for viral content site

Hi, I run a viral content page that publishes incredible and entertaining stories, photos & videos. It makes revenue from adsense and other PPC ad networks. The traffic is mainly generated through FB ads. You can have a look at the website here: [login to view URL] The Facebook page is: [login to view URL] It has already made about 7000$ in Revenue but the results aren't very predictable and I need a FB ad expert to setup a professional strategy and campaings which market the content to the best target audiences to make a profit. I'm sure this site can be scaled well but I ran into problems when I tried it myself. An Increase in daily budget for FB ads didn't result in similar increases of engagement and the money was gone very quick. I couldn't figure out the mechanics which led to that. The site already has lots of content which can be used to generate clickthroughs to the website through FB post engagments. The important part here is, I know this page can make money and it already does everyday. Sometimes very good, sometimes poor. I need someone to optimize it and get real results and make sure it's super optimized and profitable. You should know how to: - Identify the best content on the site - Create Campaigns and ads for that content - Write catching headlines for the ads that make people click - Grow the audience of the page with high quality followers (had some bad experience with bots) - Make sure the ROI is positive and scale the results - Be creative and work pro activively to make it as successful as possible I'm looking for an ongoig longterm business relationship if things work out well. I'm very open to a performance based payment agreement or bonus. I belive this can give you a sense of ownership and a real interest in growing the site to it's full potential.
