Affiliate Manager needed

I am looking for someone to start and manage an affiliate program for my website (which will remain private so ask to get the URL). The qualified candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the entire affiliate program. Some job duties may include: 1. Communicating with affiliates via email and Skype 2. Managing affiliate relationships. 3. Making creatives 4. Advertising and promoting the affiliate program. 5. Modifying and adapting the affiliate terms of service as neccessary. These are just some of the responsiblities of the affiliate manager that we are looking for. Anyone familiar with this type of work will know what all is involved. In your bids please list any companies you are currently working with or have worked with in the past in regards to affiliate management. If you have no experience, that may be OK too, just clearly explain how you plain to implement and run the affiliate program We would prefer to handle payment for this position on a very generous commission basis (i.e. a % of all affiliate sales) but would be open to other payment options.
