Build and help market a website using Joomla.

I have an Adult site. It has been in operation about 7 months. I wish to convert it from a custom site to a Joomla site and change the web hosting to another dedicated server. I am currently with WebAir and I am switching to 1and1. I need for someone to build the site for the "The Big Easy" Template from Joomla and to teach me how to maintain it my self. I have been maintaining the current site for over 6 months. So I have some skills. Also would like some help marketing site to get more exposer. I'm not rich but I do have money. Can pay hourly but would rather pay by the job. Must be a fair price and we will do business. We will need to speak on the phone. So you must speak english.
